Anyone else still frustrated when they see the ingredients in nutrition bars in the grocery aisle? Same. Make these No Bake Peanut and Oat Balls for a mid-day pick-me-up snack instead. The combination of crunchy peanuts and white chocolate together in them is too good!
Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
4 tbsp of chia seeds
4 tbsp of hemp seeds
1-2 drizzles of pure maple syrup
1/4 cup of raw peanut butter
1/4 cup of unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup of unsweetened white chocolate chips (no sugar added)
Dash of sea salt
Dash of unsweetened milk
Instructions:
Mix everything in a blender and scoop out each one to form a ball. Place them all on plate.
Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours and enjoy for a snack!
